Building / Project Size: 8,000 sq. ft. building now meeting all international efficiency codes and guidelines on orientation size of windows.

Challenge: PCS met a number of challenges on this project. Once demo began, the real condition of the existing building became evident and caused structural engineers to rework designs allowing new steel to be added to support structure. Majority of exterior work needed to be completed under enclosed scaffolding because of snow, rain, sleet and high winds.
